Getting Closer…

Right now it’s 2:27 AM, I just watched some of the Jonas Brothers’ movie (those guys are nuts!), and it’s kind of humid in my room.  On Saturday, the 20th we’re scheduled to play a small house show.  After that, we play Reggie’s the 25th.  We’d love to see everyone there because it will be the last Chicago show we play for a while because we leave for our east coast tour only a few days later.  We will probably try to have a few Chicago shows set up in late August or early September at the latest.

In tour-related news, we have some pretty decent shows lined up at this point.  We basically got the major cities booked that we wanted to play.  We begin in Chicago, then shoot over to Pittsburgh, then to Danbury, then we play two nights in Manhattan, a show in Boston, and a show in Worcester.  Currently, our tour is set up so we play five of our shows in a row, which will be interesting to say the least.  This isn’t the final roster though, so a few more shows will be squeezed in soon.

In addition to that, we have two new music videos online.  Both of them are filmed the same way: we’re playing songs live and acoustically with a ukulele.  The songs weren’t prerecorded and added in later.  This isn’t how all of our videos will be but we think it works pretty well with the songs we chose.  We just added these to youtube a few days ago.

Anyway, I think that’s more than enough writing.  If you’ve made it this far, you have my full respect.  Hope to see you at Reggie’s!
