After resting on our laurels for long enough, T & The Wonder is hitting the studio once again to begin recording for our upcoming EP titled “Expatriates.”  We will be tracking at Paragon, the same studio where we recorded our self-titled LP.  We’re both very excited to be working on bringing the new material to life because much of it has been written for months now, one of the songs having been written almost two years ago.

The process this time around will be far more expedient.  Our LP took just under a year to produce whereas this EP, if all goes according to plan, should be done sometime this winter.  I can’t say much else about the EP quite yet except that you can expect more of a chamber pop sound than on our previous release, as we will be accompanied by a string section for the majority of the songs.  We think the evolution in our sound will fit in nicely with our repertoire and we’re anxious to finish it.

As a side note, we’re scheduled to play a show at Panchos on Saturday, 11/6.  We’re also in the midst of trying to organize some sort of a house show.  Updates soon!
